Our Community of Partners have long considered all those we have known , Seniors denied the dignity of Independent Living opportunities, as well as others, though hard working and deserving, are precluded from conventional Home Ownership, and many from even the ability to lease because they don't meet certain credit criteria, and/or other profile requirements. 

     Many others whom we now trust in Our Homes, whom today are productive, trusted, and involved members of our communities , have paid for past mistakes, yet are unable to rent even as much as an apartment. 

     We began taking a look at "the Person" instead of "the Profile".  Prayerfully encouraging Partners to do the same, and to consider Safe Owner Finance options, and to reconsider Lease Qualifications. 

Our Vision is to provide affordable and accessible homes and housing for those with certain social challenges. From Developing Senior Independent Living opportunities. To Individuals and Families whom, in spite of their consistent efforts, are precluded from the opportunity to own, and all to often from being able to lease an apartment or house.
